MEMBERS - Here's what you need to know about registering for classes through the software program:
- Register for most classes up to several months in advance online
- In-studio classes at the moment, can be booked on line or use the Achieve App
- Cancellations can occur online up to 30 mins before class begins in the event of an urgency
- Someone may be on the wait-list ready to take your spot so please cancel if you cannot make it
- If your cancellation has not been verbally confirmed or an email received to support it, you may be subject to losing your class (Class Passes) - so please be sure to cancel or switch your class
- We reserve the right to adjust or change the class schedule at any time
- Please ensure you've registered to receive notifications in your profile, as you will receive an email message once you've been added to the class from the wait list. You may be added to the wait list up to 1 hour or less before the class will begin so please take yourself off the wait list if you know you cannot make it in last minute or will be away from your email.
- Most wait-listed members DO get into a class. Be patient and keep your eyes on your email!
- Check your MY SCHEDULE on the Achieve App to ensure you are in the class
