- Adults & Weights / Circuit - Strength training is essential for weight loss, health, fitness, reduces the risks of age related illnesses and helps you age actively and feel great. Get your muscles in motion with a variety of small equipment. Floor work is expected in these classes. The Circuit class is run in various stations and is designed for fat burning before and after exercise, muscle toning and strengthening - a little socializing and some fun!
- Complete Strength / Weight Training / Zoomer Boomer Bootcamp / Lunch Express Classes - Strength training is essential for weight loss, health, fitness, reduces the risks of age related illnesses. and helps you age actively and feel great. Get your muscles in motion with a variety of small equipment. Depending on the location of the class we exercise as a group, boot camp style workouts and/or circuit training. Floor work is expected in this class.
- Yogilates / Yogilates Rx - (Yoga/Pilates/Restorative & Corrective Exercise) Do you want to live vibrantly for years to come, have more energy, feel and look healthier? Learn how the way you've been carrying your body around, has given you the body and conditions that you have. Find new postural changes, movements, motor skills and mobility exercises that can help to improve your body over time. The Rx class focuses on freeing up tight and imbalanced areas in the body. Today's culture of sitting and lifestyle habits is wreaking havoc on our joints, our mobility and our bone density. This class IS necessary if you want to keep moving and grooving with less pain and stiffness. A portion of the Rx class will also be attributed to the blended modalities of Yoga & Pilates (which is what you will find in the Yogilates class), where participants benefit from the deep strength & flexibility achieved from proper movement and breath. This is an all level class. Bring your own Yoga mat and a blanket or towel. Floor work is expected in this class. Shoes are optional.
