Daily motivational emails, workouts, meals spelled out for you, daily support available - includes evening classes (Monday 5 pm, Wednesday 7:10 pm or Friday 6 pm) as an option throughout the duration of the program. There is no cash value to these classes - they are a bonus.

- have 10 - 20 lbs to lose
- not have any limiting/restrictive joint pain or injuries
- be willing to take weekly measurements
