Hopefully you spent some time throughout the weekend establishing potential goals for the summer.
If you haven't done it yet - it is an important step, and it doesn't have to be complicated. Might simply be a few words to start with like reducing sugar intake or the number of soda's you consume each day. Perhaps a picture of a tropical vacation spot you'd like to go when cold weather approaches that you save as wallpaper on your computer. Maybe a new outfit you saw online, or the energy to play with your grandchildren. Committing to walking every morning rain or shine (except thunder storms)!
